lamp
my hope
my comfort
my shelter
"The wicked flee when no man pursueth: But the righteous are bold as a lion.”
Proverbs 28:1
This street lamp is located at the Niagara Falls, which mark the border between the United States and Canada.
In the 19th. century many slaves from the south fled to canada to find shelter. Most of them hadn´t any maps or navigation system. The only navigation they had was the North Star, which they followed on their route to Canada. Their dream was to be free from slavery and they did everything to achieve this goal.
They didn´t give up hope.
Whatever holds you captive and pressure´s on you, God can set you free! Trust in Him!
